Refund policy
DELIVERY AND RETURNS
We aim to dispatch all orders that are placed Monday to Friday within 24hrs however please allow extra delivery time for weekends and public holidays. Shipping rates are calculated as per below in NZD.
New Zealand
$6.50 flat rate
All New Zealand shipments are made through Courier Post and generally take 2-3 working days. All NZ orders must be signed for upon delivery. You are welcome to waive the signature but please note if your parcel goes missing after delivery we will not be responsible for replacement. We also deliver to PO Boxes and there are no charges for Rural Delivery. Use your supplied tracking number any time to see your progress.
Due to covid we were getting big delays and huge delivery costs and no longer deliver out of NZ. If we decide to change this we will adjust our shipping policy here. Thanks for understanding.
RETURNS
Non Sale Items - We want you to be happy with your purchase and for any reason you are not satisfied, return the item in its original condition this must be within 14 days including weekends for a full refund, less shipping costs. A little shop is not responsible for returns, postage fees and original shipping charges are non refundable. Products must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with tags and odor free).
Please remember to include proof of purchase (invoice) we do not exchange or return the following:
Sale items
Earrings and Jewellery
Any items not returned in their original condition
Please note that all goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be returned to you.
If upon delivery your item is defective please let us know by email info@alittleshop.co.nz. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you, dependent on stock availability or we will refund or credit your online account for returns
A Little Shop cannot be held responsible for reimbursement or compensation for lost return packages sent to us, without proof of delivery. We highly recommend you track and insure your return package.
OUR RETURNS PROCESS (14 days)
- Send an email to info@alittleshop.co.nz with your intent to return, using your invoice number as your reference.
- Please send your package back with your invoice with the reason why your non sale item is being returned Place this invoice in with your return item and send your return goods to:

- Ship your package using a traceable, insured shipping method. A Little Shop cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep the tracking details for your own records.
- You will receive an email once your return has been received and processed. Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
Please Note: Packages received at A Little Shop after the 14-day window will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
